1. The organizers of MALTLIVE 2025 encourage guests to exercise moderation and adhere to stipulated laws and regulations governing alcohol consumption.
2. Attendees waive the legal right to hold the event organizers, sponsors and the venue responsible for injuries, damages or loss incurred during their presence at the event.
3. Individuals considered rude, offensive, annoying, aggressive, violent and of inappropriate behavior may be evicted from the event premises at the discretion of the event staff and/ or security personnel with no refund for purchased tickets. The decision of the organizers in this regard will be final. 
4. We recommend that as responsible citizens you do not drink and drive, and encourage use of public transport, safe drivers and ride hailing services.
